WHERE IS MY ORDER COMING FROM?

• Urban Ice is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else. So we source items from all over the world. Because while some of our items do come from right here in the US, there are many items that are simply not available stateside. Most of our products are handmade by us but some of our products come from manufacturers overseas.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Upon receipt of an order, it is usually shipped out within 5-7 days. 

Once you make your purchase through the checkout, you will receive a payment confirmation email. Once received, please allow us 2-5 business days to process and package your order before shipping. As soon as we send out your order, we will send you a second shipping confirmation email including your tracking number to let you know your order it’s on its way.
